How do I return or exchange an item?

Please note, we cannot issue returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale-priced products or past international orders. All sale-priced and past international sales are final. If you place a new international order with one of our international partners, please contact their customer service to process a return with them.

Will I have to pay for shipping to return my item?

All returns are free for qualifying orders! We’ll send you a prepaid return label once you have contacted our customer service.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account from the time your return is processed.
